What We
Offer

Part-time coffee training
In-person training takes place in our training academies and online. Commitment to 72 hours of training (approx 12 days) across 6 months.

Industry qualifications
Intermediate qualifications with the Speciality Coffee Association (e.g Barista, Sensory, and Green Intermediate).

Empowerment coach
Dedicated empowerment coach, offering 2 sessions to each learner.

Skills development
Specific technical pathways and management skills developed for the individual.

Professional mentor
A mentor from the industry providing a minimum of 4 mentorship session.
06
Networking opportunities
Cohort networking and activities for alumni, development of a personal ‘board of advisors.’
