Offer

Part-time coffee training
In-person training takes place in our training academies. Our short programmes run for 4-weeks and our longer programmes take place over 10-weeks, with a minimum of 18-hours training (including breaks) per week.

Industry qualifications
Professional barista qualifications with the Speciality Coffee Association and access to additional industry-recognised accreditations.

CV development
Support to develop a personalised CV and access to our job matching service.

Work placements
Each programme includes a work placement with one of our employer partners, ranging from independent coffee shops, speciality coffee chains to contract catering.

Food & Travel included
Access to breakfast bar, lunches offered and travel costs covered for training days.

Support and coaching
Tailored mentoring sessions and job coaching, helping to build confidence in a safe and fun training environment.
