The role

We are looking for a socially-motivated and passionate individual to join our team in London.

As our Coffee Trainer you will be introducing trainees to specialty coffee via our multi-week Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) accredited barista training programmes. You will be the expert on all things related to making the perfect brew: that means techniques, styles, origins, taste profiles and everything in between. The key aspect of your role will be imparting your knowledge to a diverse range of trainees, ensuring that they are supported yet pushed to meet their potential in the specialty coffee industry
