On 16th November 2024, we celebrated our annual Traineeship hosted by our partners at the Danone HQ in Chiswick, London. This programme marked our 4th programme delivered with the sponsorship of the Alpro team, with incredible personal journeys shared by our cohort of 13 Graduates. The celebrations were joined by Danone President (UK & Ireland), who shared “(w)e are really fortunate to collaborate with Well Grounded, an organisation that is working hard to
break down barriers in the coffee industry and open up new opportunities for people who are
genuinely enthusiastic about working in the sector,” James Mayer said. “The latest graduates are a testament to the programme and we look forward to seeing the positive impact Well Grounded will continue to make on our local communities.”
Along with other Graduates who presented their personal journeys, Marina shared the impact that the 10-week Well Grounded programme had on her through an inspiring video.
